WAC 110-300-0106(12): At the time of the site visit there was no verification of a current food handlers card for staff member BP. WAC 110-300-0106(3): Staff member BP had not completed basic stars. WACA 110-300-0106(8): Staff members TB and BP have not completed annual safe sleep training.
